Job Description

  • Invoice, packing list, quantity, BL ( Bill of Lading ) to be prepared and handover to shipping lines.
  • Follow - up with Shipment vendor to check the status of vessel ( sailed as per plan )
  • Ensure to collect and cross - check invoice from transporters and duly signed by manager Export and forward further to Accounts dept. to process payment.
  • Ensure to take approval from Export Head and forward Invoice to Accounts for Payment Process.
  • Ensure shipment vendor generate freight invoice timely.
  • Ensure to maintain record of all original invoice copies within export dept. for compliance and audit purpose.
  • Coordinate with Shipping Lines or forwarder to collect Bills.
