We are hiring for academic councelors


About the Role:

We are looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners through our educational offerings.

You will act as an educational advisor, matching student profiles with the right courses and driving enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective students, handle walk-ins, and manage leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the learner's profile, career goals, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.
  • Demo & Follow-ups: Schedule and host online/offline demo classes and follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Admissions Assistance: Guide learners through eligibility criteria, application forms, and the fee payment process.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, counseling sessions, and enrollment metrics.


Our Office Timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm ( Monday to Saturday )
