We are hiring a full-time Accountant for our furniture manufacturing unit in Gurugram to manage daily accounting and costing in the Vyapar app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily inward of all raw materials (plywood, fabric, hardware, etc.) in Vyapar with correct quantities, rates and GST.
- Record all sales invoices (online platforms, showroom, direct orders) and maintain customer ledgers and collections in Vyapar.
- Prepare and update BOM (Bill of Materials) for each product and calculate per-piece manufacturing cost and margin.
- Reconcile stock (physical vs Vyapar), assist in basic GST working and generate simple sales/stock/costing reports for management.
