Job Description
Location: South Delhi, Chhatarpur
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Summary:We are hiring a Horticulturist to manage and execute all gardening and plantation activities across locations. The role focuses on planning and executing plantation, ensuring plant health, and maintaining greenery based on seasonal and weather conditions, including proper plant succession.
Key Responsibilities:Execute
- plantation and gardening plans across all locations
- Plan and implement seasonal planting and plant succession
- Ensure proper watering, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
- Monitor plant health and replace dead/damaged plants timely
- Maintain landscaping and overall garden aesthetics
- Coordinate procurement of plants, tools, and materials
- Maintain basic records of plantation and upkeep
- Key Result Areas (KRAs):Plant Health & Survival Rate: High survival rate of plants across locations
- Execution Efficiency: Timely completion of plantation and gardening plans
- Seasonal Planning: Effective implementation of seasonal and succession planting
- Maintenance Quality: Clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing green spaces
- Issue Resolution: Quick action on plant diseases, pests, or damage
- Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Botany
- Knowledge of seasonal plants, fertilizers, and gardening techniques
