Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through sales, telecalling, referrals, and digital channels
Promote and sell personal loan products to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Explain interest rates, EMI structure, and documentation process
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing
Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan approval
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep track of competitors and market trends
Responsible for sourcing, selling, and managing personal loan products to customers. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
