About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Education Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record in counselling and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals about courses and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career outcomes
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
• Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
• Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in education counselling or EdTech sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
