Job Description We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Admission Counsellor to join our MGA team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, convincing clients, closing admissions, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Counsel doctors and medical professionals about our courses and training programs

Convince and negotiate with clients to close admissions

Handle the complete admission process

Regular follow-ups with prospective and enrolled clients

Maintain proper records and updates of leads and admissions

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome (basic English communication required)

Candidates with prior counselling or sales experience will be preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude

Ability to handle national and international clients
