Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience: knowledge of Immigration processes and International Hiring.
- Communication: Fluent in both Hindi and English (Verbal and Written).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, and able to handle client inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and support
Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
Maintain call records and update Excel sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Share product/service information with customers
Support retention and repeat business activities
Coordinate with the operations team after client onboarding
Handle WhatsApp and email communication if required
