Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-time



Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial transactions. Your main responsibility will be recording all sales and purchase entries into Busy Accounting Software. You will also keep daily track of our inventory and oversee the monthly petty cash fund to ensure financial accuracy.



Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Input daily sales invoices and purchase bills into Busy Accounting Software.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Petty Cash: Manage monthly petty cash expenses, verify receipts, and reconcile balances.
  • Reconciliation: Cross-check ledger balances with physical stock records and vendor statements.
  • Documentation: Organize, file, and maintain all financial vouchers, bills, and receipts.
