Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including precise invoice generation and the diligent maintenance of records and sheets. You will serve as a primary point of contact, requiring seamless coordination with banks and regular daily interaction with our clients to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Professional Correspondence: Ability to draft and manage professional emails with speed and accuracy.
- Coordination: Proven ability to liaise effectively with banking institutions and corporate clients.
- Administrative Accuracy: Skilled in preparing invoices and maintaining organized data sheets.
- Direct reporting to Branch head , Director .
- Saturday Half day , Sunday Off
