Job Description: Back Office ExecutivePosition: Back Office ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and business correspondence.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams.
- Process customer applications, forms, and documentation.
- Monitor emails and respond to routine inquiries.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and management reports.
- Verify and maintain customer and vendor records.
- Support office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Required SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or data management.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
- Salary Range (Delhi NCR)Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced (1–3 years): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Senior Executive: ₹30,000+ per month
- Working HoursMonday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)
