Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee the company's purchasing activities, vendor management, and supply chain operations. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet business requirements.
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare procurement reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and manage contract renewals.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
