Job Description
Procurement of electrical and industrial automation products in accordance with organizational requirements.
Identification, evaluation, and development of suppliers/vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.
Preparation, analysis, and comparison of quotations, along with commercial negotiations to obtain the best value.
Creation, processing, and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement.
Coordination with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Monitoring inventory levels and planning procurement activities to maintain optimum stock availability.
Maintaining accurate purchase records, invoices, vendor documentation, and procurement-related reports.
Sound understanding of industrial automation and electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Sensors, Switchgear, Control Panels, and related products.
Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
