Job Description

TechHand is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and managing our accounts receivable through active client engagement


Key Responsibilities

  • Billing & Sales: Prepare accurate invoices and maintain detailed sales "workings" or registers.
  • Taxation Compliance: Handle monthly TDS calculations and GST filings/reconciliations.
  • Accounting Software: Maintain all books of accounts using Tally or Cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Payroll Management: End-to-end salary preparation, including calculations of deductions and timely disbursements.
  • Payment Matching: Perform regular bank reconciliations and match incoming payments against outstanding invoices.
  • Collections: Proactively call clients to ensure timely payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Reporting: Provide basic tax knowledge and support for year-end audits and financial reporting.
