Job Description
JOB OPENING – OFFICE ACCOUNTANT (FULL-TIME / PART-TIME)
Location: Basai Industrial Area, Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced Office Accountant with 5–10 years of experience to manage daily accounting and compliance activities.
Required Skills:
- Tally Prime Expert
- GST, TDS & E-Invoicing
- GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Filing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Stock & Inventory Accounting
- Purchase, Sales & Ledger Management
- MS Excel & Accounting Reports
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Reconciliation of bank, cash, debtors and creditors
- GST and TDS compliance
- Maintaining stock records and reports
- Preparing daily financial updates for management
- Ensuring all accounts are updated before office closing time (7:00 PM)
Working Hours:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (2–4 hours daily)
- Candidate must visit the office daily and submit daily work status/results before 7:00 PM.
Experience Required: 5–10 Years
