Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Invoice Making in Busy Software
- Purchase Bill Entry and Verification
- Day-to-day Accounting Entries
- Payment Follow-up with Customers and Dealers
- Customer Outstanding Report Management
- GST Data Preparation and Record Maintenance
- Bank Reconciliation Entries
- Updating Daily Excel Reports and MIS Sheets
- Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation
- E-Way Bill and Basic Documentation Support
- Coordination with CA for GST and Accounting Work
- Required Skills:Knowledge of GST and Accounting Basics
- Experience in Busy Software (Preferred)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to Handle Payment Follow-up Calls
- Knowledge of Sales Invoicing and Purchase Entries
- Basic Understanding of Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Graduate
- 1–3 Years Experience Preferred
- Freshers with Strong Accounting Knowledge Can Also Apply
Salary:₹18,000 – ₹23,000 Per Month (Based on Experience)
Office Timing:Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
