Job Description

Manage accounting transactions using Tally.

Process and record Sales Bills, Purchase Bills, Cash Vouchers, Bank Entries, Journal Entries, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.

Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) accurately and within deadlines.

Generate E-Way Bills and ensure GST compliance.

Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing.

Process vendor payments and perform vendor account reconciliations.

Monitor debtors' receivables, follow up on collections, and maintain accurate records.

Perform debtor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.

Handle accounting operations for multiple firms/entities.

Prepare reports and MIS as required by management.
