Salary: ₹3 L – ₹3.6 L CTC Per Annum

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

About the Role

Dana Choga Foods & Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and be proficient in Tally. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries in Tally.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, purchase bills, and other accounting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.

Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.

Required Skills

Proficient-level knowledge of Tally.

Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts or Tally-related work.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field will be preferred.
