Job Description
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of multiple QSR outlets and cloud kitchens across assigned locations. The role ensures consistent brand standards, drives sales growth, optimizes costs, and develops high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences across all brands.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets and cloud kitchens.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all brands.
- Drive sales, profitability, and key operational KPIs including food cost, labor cost, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor P&L performance and implement action plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and outlet teams.
- Ensure manpower planning, recruitment support, training, and succession planning.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement coordination, and vendor compliance.
- Monitor online delivery platforms, order fulfillment, kitchen efficiency, and customer ratings.
- Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions for operational gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance teams to execute business initiatives.
- Drive new store openings, process improvements, and operational excellence projects.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant chains, or cloud kitchen operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, operational controls, and people leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
