Job Title: Area Manager – Security (Operations)

The Area Manager – Security (Operations) is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations across multiple sites within a defined geographic area. The role ensures effective deployment of security personnel, adherence to safety protocols, client satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management

• Supervise security operations across assigned locations.
• Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security staff.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Team Leadership & Training

• Manage, mentor, and supervise security supervisors and guards.
• Conduct induction and on-the-job training programs.
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and performance standards.
• Handle conflict resolution and staff grievances.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned area.
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure service satisfaction.
• Address complaints and implement corrective actions promptly.

4. Administrative Duties

• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and deployment records.
• Maintain documentation such as incident reports, duty rosters, and audit logs.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and manpower planning.

5. Emergency Response

• Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, or breaches.
• Coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Ensure emergency preparedness drills are conducted regularly.
