Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards and staff deployed at client sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate with clients to understand and address their security needs.
- Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and monitor attendance of security personnel.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to security staff.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Maintain operational records, logs, and performance trackers.
- Report regularly to senior management on site performance and issues.
