Manage and supervise field sales executives and sales teams

Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals

Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned areas

Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, and marketing activities

Conduct client meetings and property presentations

Monitor daily sales activities and team performance

Build strong relationships with customers

Analyze market trends and competitor activities
