Assistant Manager – Sales (North)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance of Tattva Art Hardware products across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Rajasthan
- Expand market reach and strengthen dealer/distributor networks
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, PMCs and premium clients
- Drive product specifications and regional business growth
- Monitor sales targets, collections, dealer development, and regional performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate / MBA | Experience: 3–4 years
- Experience in territory sales, preferably in building materials, architectural products, premium interiors or allied sectors
- Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills
- Experience handling premium/luxury products and HNI/UHNI clients
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel 14–15 days/month
Compensation: Salary as per market standards + attractive performance-based incentives, aligned with experience and business delivery.
Salary Bracket (4-5 Lakhs)
