Job SummaryResponsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing risk, and ensuring quality loan portfolio growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and adherence to regulatory guidelines while balancing risk and business growth.
- Key Skills RequiredCredit risk assessment and underwriting expertise
- Strong financial analysis (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC, and compliance norms
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and loan management systems
- Understanding of credit bureau reports (CIBIL/Experian)
- Effective communication and cross-team coordination
- Portfolio monitoring and NPA control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Preferred SkillsFraud detection and risk mitigation
- Experience in NBFC loan products (PL, BL, LAP, Vehicle Loans)
- Exposure to digital lending platforms
Experience: 3–8 years in NBFC/Banking Credit
