Back Office Executive

*Designation: Apprentice Trainee*

This is a 6-month apprenticeship role under the Government NATS Scheme

Monthly stipend: ₹18,500 during the apprenticeship period (14500 from bank + 4000 DBT amount )

After completion of 6 months, candidates will receive a Government Certificate

*Key Responsibilities:*

 Processing of Credit card applications-Online, Physical.

Provide accurate information related to banking products and services.

Resolve queries and escalate issues when required.

Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.

Verifing documents & KYC verification of the customer.

*Required Skills* :

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

*Shift Time & week off*

9:30 am to 6:30 pm and 1 rotational week off

*Important Notes:*

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only
