Job Description

Process Management: Oversee daily operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.

Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain, update, and audit digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity within Excel/MIS reports.

Coordination & Follow-up: Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to track tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

Report Generation: Prepare and present daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports on performance, delays, or key metrics.

Operational Support: Handle administrative tasks including email communication, invoice processing, or inventory tracking.
