Job Description

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.

Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and dining area.

Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
