Job Description

Billing Executive 


1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Billing and Invoicing.

2. Good knowledge of e-Invoicing and GST compliance.

3. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

4. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Data Management).

5. Ability to prepare and process customer invoices accurately.

6. Experience in mailing invoices to clients and maintaining billing records.

7. Knowledge of scanning, uploading, and document management.

8. Ability to understand agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to billing.

9. Experience in ledger reconciliation and payment follow-up.

10. Good communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.

11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.

12. Ability to work under deadlines and handle high-volume billing activities.
