Job Description
Business Analyst – Process Automation & Operations
About the Role
We are looking for a smart and hardworking Business Analyst who can help improve company processes and support automation projects.
The person will work with different departments to understand how work is done, find problems, prepare documents, and help make operations faster and more efficient.
The candidate will also coordinate with software/development teams to help implement new systems and tools.
Main Responsibilities
Process Understanding
· Understand how different departments work.
· Interact with team members and managers about daily operations.
· Find process gaps and map them to prepare a flow of complete operations.
Documentation
· Study existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
· Prepare process flowcharts and workflow diagrams.
· Maintain proper process documents and records.
Requirement Gathering
· Collect business requirements for automation projects.
· Explain business needs to technical/development teams.
· Prepare BRD/FRD and workflow documents.
Automation Support
· Help in implementing software and SaaS tools.
· Identify areas where work can be automated.
· Support testing and user training.
Key Deliverables
· Process flowcharts
· SOP documents
· BRD/FRD documents
· Workflow improvement suggestions
· Automation documentation
· Coordination between teams
Skills Required Qualification
MBA / BBA / BMS / Engineering / Operations Management or similar degree.
Experience 1–5 years experience in:
· Business Analysis
· Process Mapping
· ERP/SaaS projects
· SOP documentation
· Process Automation
Technical Skills
· Good analytical and documentation skills.
· Knowledge of:
· Microsoft Excel
· Microsoft Word
· PowerPoint
· Visio / Lucidchart / Draw.io / Cnava
· Flowchart creation
Soft Skills
· Good communication skills
· Problem-solving ability
· Team coordination
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Industry Experience
· Experience in these industries will be a plus:
· Construction
· Building materials
· Interior projects
· ERP/SaaS environment
