Quality Assurance Manager

Exp Required – must have contributed to Customer Audit (Maruti VSA System)

Inspect incoming materials, raw components, and in-process products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements. 

Monitor manufacturing processes, verify process parameters, and ensure that production equipment is operating correctly. 

Analyze data from inspections, testing, and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential quality issues. 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation. 

Must have full knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, CAPA, PFMEA e.t.c

Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent future defects. 

Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
