Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Utility Maintenance
Lead technicians for repair, maintenance, and installation activities.
Handle maintenance of:
Electrical Panels (LT/HT)
UPS Systems (120 KW)
DG Sets
Air Compressors
AHU Systems for Clean Room
Electrical fittings, lighting & AC systems
Pneumatic systems
Lift maintenance
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure uninterrupted utility support with zero production loss.
Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and contractors.
Maintain PM schedules, logs, and equipment records.
Electrical Maintenance
Perform daily inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Ensure checklist-based inspections and electrical safety compliance.
Monitor utility performance and support energy-saving initiatives.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and fire-fighting equipment will be an added advantage.
Compliance & Government Coordination
Handle application submissions, renewals, and documentation with government departments.
Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance closure activities.
Safety & Facility Operations
Conduct daily and monthly facility audits and service checks.
Ensure proper fire safety compliance and utility safety practices.
Maintain Zero Lost Time Incident (LTI) standards across operations.
