Business Associate

Job Description:

1.    Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.

2.    Aggressively achieving the sales target.

3.    Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.

4.    Continuous follow up with the customers and building retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

5.    Conducting market review studies and analyzing competitor s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

6.    Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitor s projects

7.    Coordination with various functions departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, accounts, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

1.    Candidate should be graduate

2.    Should have experience in sales (from real estate or other industry)

An ideal candidate for us:

1. Excellence in real estate/insurance sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.

2. Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ready to take-up the pressure.

5. 2 or 4 wheelers compulsory.

CTC: 2.40 LPA - 3.60 LPA + 2 % Incentive

6 Days working

Tuesday to Sunday

Timings: 10:00 AM To 7:00PM
