Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: 7 – 8.4 LPA

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Industry Experience: EdTech background preferred not mandatory

Qualifications: Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • BBA B.Tech / BE BCA B.Com MBA M.Com M.Tech MCA

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong sales mindset with objection-handling ability
  • Experience in handling high-ticket sales (50K+ value)
  • Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective learners and understand their career goals
  • Present and explain Scaler programs according to learner needs
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale experience
  • Coordinate with the team to improve conversions and sales processes
  • Ideal CandidateSelf-motivated and target-driven

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and structured sales processes
