Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive sales for accounting software solutions (like Tally / ERP tools) across Gurugram & NCR.

This is a field + client-facing sales role, ideal for candidates who understand business needs and can confidently sell software solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with SMEs, traders, startups, and CA firms
  • Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, references, and networking
  • Pitch and demonstrate accounting software solutions
  • Understand client requirements related to GST, billing, inventory, and finance
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Stay updated with market trends in accounting & compliance software
  • Role FocusLead Generation & Client Acquisition – 30%
  • Product Demo & Sales Conversion – 30%
  • Market Research & Opportunities – 20%
  • Client Relationship Management – 10%
  • Internal Coordination – 10%
  • Target Candidate Profile0–3 years experience in B2B Sales / Software Sales / Field Sales
  • OR experience/knowledge in Accounting, GST, Billing Software
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and client meetings
  • Target-driven with a sales mindset
  • Commerce background (B.Com/M.Com) is a plus
  • Preferred CandidatesExperience in selling:
  • Accounting Software
  • ERP / Billing / GST Software
  • Candidates who have worked with:
  • CA firms
  • Business consulting firms
  • Software sales companies
