Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Company: Wekure Health | Location: Gurgaon

Role Summary:

Responsible for onboarding hospitals/doctors, managing partnerships, driving OPD and surgery conversions, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and doctors
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners
  • Drive patient conversions and monthly targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Market research and reporting

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Healthcare Sales preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
