Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: Wekure Health | Location: Gurgaon
Role Summary:
Responsible for onboarding hospitals/doctors, managing partnerships, driving OPD and surgery conversions, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and doctors
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners
- Drive patient conversions and monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Market research and reporting
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Healthcare Sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
