Experience:1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales updates in CRM.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
