Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive / Manager to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and key account management. The role involves selling integrated marketing solutions and managing the complete sales lifecycle while achieving defined revenue targets.
This position is ideal for professionals experienced in agency sales who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across ATL, BTL, digital, outdoor, and integrated marketing solutions
Identify potential clients, pitch services, negotiate, and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
Key Deliverables
Monthly revenue target achievement
New client acquisition and account expansion
Strong lead-to-closure conversion ratio
Media buying at competitive market rates
Upselling and repeat business generation
Skills & Requirements
Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, marketing, or events industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to independently handle the full sales cycle
Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions (ATL/BTL/Digital)
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and target-focused mindset
Experience & Qualifications2–15 years of relevant sales experience (agency background preferred)
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
