Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and people-friendly professional to join our wellness clinic team.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who has good communication skills, understands basic nutrition concepts, and enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & walk-ins

• Explain diet programs and help clients choose suitable packages

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

• Coordinate appointments and client onboarding

• Prepare basic diet charts/templates under guidance

• Maintain client records and follow-up data

• Support social media inquiry handling and coordination

Requirements:

• Good communication & counseling skills

• Confident speaking on calls and WhatsApp

• Basic knowledge of nutrition/diet concepts preferred

• Must be organized, proactive, and presentable

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva/basic tech tools

• Prior experience in wellness/healthcare/customer handling is a plus
