Job Opportunity: Sales & Business Development Executive (Pet Industry)Healing Leaf is a premium pet wellness brand dedicated to high-quality, eco-friendly products. We are looking for a high-energy sales professional to lead our expansion across the Delhi/NCR region.

🚀 The Role Structure (Trial-to-Hire)We believe in results. This position starts with a performance-based trial period to ensure a perfect fit for both sides:

• Month 1 (Trial Internship): ₹15,000 (Fixed). This is your period to demonstrate your network and conversion skills.
• Month 2 onwards (Full-Time Role): ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives. Transition to the full-time role is strictly based on the sales results achieved in Month 1.
• 📍 Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Field Execution: Daily visits to Veterinary Clinics, Pet Shops, and Grooming Centers across Delhi/NCR.
• Network Expansion: Presenting our catalog to new vendors and securing on-the-spot stocking orders.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining and scaling orders with our existing retail partners.
• Reporting: Daily tracking of visits and conversion metrics.
• 📋 RequirementsMandatory Experience: Minimum 1+ year in the Pet Industry (Sales, Vet Relationships, or Pet Retail).
• Local Knowledge: Must be well-versed with the pet market geography of Delhi/NCR.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation and "closing" skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel daily for field visits (Travel expenses are fully covered by the company).
• 💰 Compensation & PerksMonth 1: ₹8,000 (Fixed)
