Business Development & Sales Executive

What You'll Do

• Visit design and merchandising teams of clients to help select the right components and raw materials for bags, belts, and shoes
• Introduce new products to potential customers and generate enquiries in the assigned NCR territory
• Manage sample submissions, follow-ups, and order finalization end-to-end
• Cross-sell and upsell company products to existing accounts
• Coordinate with the Sales Coordination and Logistics team for order execution and payment collection
• Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, customer pipelines, upcoming projects
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demos
• Submit timely CRM updates, MIS reports, and sales forecasts
• Handle customer complaints and maintain long-term client relationships

Who We're Looking For

• Any graduate; engineering + sales background or MBA preferred
• Prior industrial / B2B field sales experience is a plus (freshers with the right attitude welcome)
• Must own a two-wheeler — 60–90% of work involves field visits in NCR
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable learning technical products
• Proficient in basic computer use (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
