Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly and efficiently
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff members
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering
• Reduce wastage and control operational costs
• Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverages
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Plan staff schedules and manage attendance
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and events
• Work towards achieving sales targets and improving profitability
• Requirements:Prior experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle operations during busy hours
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and inventory management
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
