Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales orders, purchase orders & follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients & dispatch team
  • Maintain billing, documentation & stock records
  • Prepare reports in MS Excel
  • Manage office administration and daily coordination work
  • Support management in routine operational activities

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Email & Any one billing Software
  • Experience in sales, purchase or office coordination preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Candidate from manufacturing/plastic industry preferred
