Job Description:

We are launching a new healthy beverage and snack cafe in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. We serve healthy shakes, smoothies, mocktails, and light snacks.

We are looking for a sincere and fast-learning Cafe Crew member who can prepare beverages and food items, handle customer orders, maintain hygiene, and support daily outlet operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare shakes, smoothies, mocktails, snacks, and desserts as per recipe.

Take customer orders and coordinate with billing/POS.

Handle Zomato/Swiggy/delivery orders carefully.

Maintain cleanliness of counter, equipment, fridge, freezer, and storage area.

Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Manage basic stock, ingredient refilling, and daily prep.

Speak politely with customers.

Support opening and closing tasks.

Requirements:

Basic reading and counting skills.

Should be hygienic, disciplined, and punctual.

Comfortable standing for long hours.

Willing to learn recipes and follow SOPs.

Basic English is a plus, not mandatory.

Prior cafe, juice bar, QSR, bakery, restaurant, or cloud kitchen experience is preferred.
