Greet customers politely at the counter

Generate and present bills accurately

Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently

Issue receipts and return correct change

Handle refunds or billing issues when required

Maintain daily cash balance and prepare reports

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order status

Keep the billing counter clean and organized
