Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:- 

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and

market trends.- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media,

email campaigns, and networking events.- Client Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients and partners through cold calls, emails,

and meetings.

 Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and

industry stakeholders.-

 Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

 Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales

activities in the CRM system.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, client needs,

and business development activities to the team.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 

Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; any prior experience in sales, marketing, or

business development is a plus.

Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- 

Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
