Job Description

About the RolePure Cake Co. is looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to manage billing, handle customer interactions, and ensure a smooth in-store experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, so a warm and helpful attitude is key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and generate invoices using POS system
  • Accept payments (cash, UPI, card) and maintain accuracy
  • Assist customers with product selection and basic queries
  • Manage order entries (walk-in + phone/WhatsApp orders)
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for order status and delivery timelines
  • Maintain daily cash records and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Ensure counter area is clean, organized, and presentable


Requirements

  • Prior experience in cashiering / retail / food outlet preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
  • Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle rush hours calmly and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accountability
