Job Description

Order Processing: Take dine-in or takeout orders accurately, enter items into the POS, and answer menu questions.


Payment Handling: Accept cash, cards, or digital wallets, issue correct change, and print receipts.


Drawer Management: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift to reconcile totals.


Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, manage phone inquiries, and resolve basic complaints.
