Job Description
We are looking for a CCTV Field Technician to install and maintain CCTV camera systems at customer sites. The role involves daily travel to different locations for new installations and for servicing of already-installed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites (homes, shops, offices) for CCTV-related work.
Install and mount CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR units, cabling, and related equipment.
Configure systems for recording and mobile/remote viewing.
Service, repair, and maintain already-installed CCTV systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues such as no signal, no recording, or connectivity problems.
Maintain a professional appearance and clear communication with customers.
Requirements
Willing to work in the field and travel to sites daily.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Physically fit for climbing, drilling, and working at heights.
Basic electrical/electronic knowledge (ITI or Diploma is a plus).
Freshers must be willing to learn; experienced candidates should be able to handle sites independently.
