CCTV Technician

Rudra Shield Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a CCTV Installation Engineer / Technician for field installation and service work in Gurgaon/NCR.

The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and servicing CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, biometric devices, access control systems, video door phones, and basic networking devices at customer sites.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, dome cameras, bullet cameras, PTZ cameras, and related security systems.
• Do cabling, conduit, camera mounting, drilling, crimping, connector fitting, and basic wiring work.
• Configure DVR/NVR, camera settings, recording, mobile view, remote access, and playback.
• Install and support biometric attendance systems, access control, video door phones, and alarm systems whenever required.
• Troubleshoot camera offline issues, power issues, network issues, recording issues, and display problems.
• Visit customer sites for installation, service, maintenance, and complaint resolution.
• Maintain proper installation quality, neat wiring, correct camera positioning, and professional site behavior.
• Coordinate with office team, supervisor, and customers for daily work updates.
• Share installation photos, testing proof, and completion updates as per company process.
• Handle company tools, materials, and equipment responsibly.
• Follow safety, discipline, grooming, and customer handling standards of the company.
• Required SkillsCCTV installation experience.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration.
• Basic networking knowledge: IP address, LAN, router, switch, port, internet connectivity.
• Camera cabling, crimping, drilling, mounting, and wiring skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile app setup for CCTV viewing.
• Ability to troubleshoot CCTV and network-related issues.
• Good field discipline and customer communication.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Experience6 months to 3 years preferred

Freshers with practical electrical/networking knowledge may also apply.

Qualification10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification

Qualification is not mandatory if the candidate has practical CCTV installation experience.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
