Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to oversee daily bakery operations and prepare high-quality baked goods. The candidate should have strong expertise in baking techniques, creativity in product development, and the ability to maintain consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Supervise bakery staff and coordinate daily production
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies
